1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

  • Note: Deliveries may experience slight delays during public holidays, mega sales events, or severe weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. [Insert amount, e.g., 3,000] across Pakistan.

  • For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of Rs. [Insert amount, e.g., 200] will apply.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can use this number on our Track My Order page to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

Payment Methods

We offer convenient payment options including:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

    • Direct Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (if applicable).

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your fragrance purchase. However, due to the personal and delicate nature of perfumes, returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged or leaking upon arrival.

  • The wrong product or variant was delivered to you.

  • The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all plastic seals and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Perfumes that have been unsealed, sprayed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

    • Items purchased during special clearance sales or flash sales.

3. How to Initialize a Return

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photograph or a short video of the damaged item/incorrect package.

  2. Send the proof along with your Order ID to our customer support team via WhatsApp at [Your Phone Number] or Email at [Your Email Address].

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out, or guide you on how to ship the item back to our warehouse.

Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5 to 7 working days.
